Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ClipSyncro, including script-to-video generation, thumbnail generation, YouTube transcript tools, subscriptions and prepaid credits.

ClipSyncro is operated by Arowolo Uthman. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@clipsyncro.com.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, buying credits, starting a subscription or using ClipSyncro, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.

2. Accounts and authentication

You create an account using an email address and password and may be required to verify your email before using paid or generation features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials, for activity through your account, and for notifying us promptly at support@clipsyncro.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not share accounts in a way that circumvents limits, create accounts to abuse trial credits, impersonate another person, or provide false payment or contact details.

3. The service

ClipSyncro provides tools that can generate videos from scripts, generate thumbnails and obtain or format YouTube transcripts. Generation outputs depend on the material you provide, selected settings and third-party or cloud processing resources. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing or distributing it.

4. Credits and usage charges

5. Subscriptions, renewals and billing cycles

Subscription plans are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles as displayed at checkout. Payment checkout and recurring subscription billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription starts after the first successful payment and automatically renews at the end of each selected billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

Your payment method is charged when you first subscribe and on each renewal date. Credits for a new subscription period are added after payment is confirmed. If a renewal payment fails, we do not add a new period allocation until payment succeeds, and the subscription may become inactive after any applicable grace period.

6. Credit expiry and spending order

Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits are issued for a billing period. Unused subscription credits may roll over for up to two additional months; credits issued for Month 1 expire at the end of Month 3 if still unused. For an annual plan, the allocation is issued at the start of the annual period and expires 14 months after purchase if unused.

Where multiple balances exist, credits that expire soonest are used first, followed by the current subscription allocation, and then top-up credits. Trial credits, if provided, expire 14 days after issue unless the product states a shorter promotional period.

7. Cancellation and remaining credits

You may cancel an active subscription through your billing settings or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from ClipSyncro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep the subscribed features and available credits during that paid period, and you will not be charged for a later renewal after cancellation takes effect.

After cancellation, unused subscription and rollover credits remain subject to their original expiry schedules. Top-up credits remain in your account and do not expire because a subscription was cancelled. Eligibility for a refund of a recent subscription payment is governed by the Refund Policy; cancelling alone does not automatically issue a cash refund.

8. Refunds and failed jobs

Cash refund eligibility for subscriptions and top-ups is stated in the Refund Policy. If a render fails due to a confirmed ClipSyncro system error, eligible generation credits are returned following the process stated there. User cancellations, unsuitable input, rights disputes or dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output do not automatically qualify for a credit or cash refund.

9. Acceptable use and your obligations

You may use ClipSyncro only for lawful purposes. You must not submit, generate or distribute material that:

You represent that you own or have permission to use the content and instructions you upload and to create and distribute the output you request.

10. Ownership

You retain your rights in scripts and other original material you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of third parties, you retain rights in generated videos and thumbnails produced for your account. You grant ClipSyncro a limited permission to host, process and transmit your submitted material and outputs solely to operate, secure and support the service.

ClipSyncro retains all rights in the service itself, including its software, generation pipeline, design, site content, workflows, branding and underlying code. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of those tools.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, restrict generation, or freeze a credit balance when reasonably necessary for non-payment, chargeback abuse, fraud, attempts to manipulate credits or trials, security risk, unlawful content, infringement claims, spam or other material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Obligations relating to payment, ownership, liability and disputes survive account closure.

12. Service availability

ClipSyncro uses cloud infrastructure and third-party processing services. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular processing time or any uptime guarantee. Maintenance, provider failures, demand, network conditions or security events may delay or interrupt processing.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will meet a particular creative, commercial or platform requirement, or that content you submit or publish is cleared of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSyncro and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ClipSyncro during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or payment arrangements change. The last-updated date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively after they are posted or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
