1 credit = $1. A video costs 1 credit per minute of finished output, with a 3-credit minimum (so a 30-second test still costs 3 credits, a 12-minute video costs 12 credits). A thumbnail set costs 1, 2, or 3 credits for 2, 4, or 6 variations. YouTube transcripts are free. Your balance never goes negative — if you don't have enough credits, the action just isn't available until you top up.
Free trial credits go first (they expire fastest, 14 days from signup). Then any rolled-over subscription credits from previous months, oldest first. Then this month's subscription allocation. Top-ups are last — that way the credits you bought outright never get spent before the ones that would have expired anyway.
Yes, anytime, through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access and your available credits until then. A new subscription payment may be fully or partly refundable within 14 days under the Refund Policy. Top-up credits stay in your account forever, regardless of subscription status.
For failed video jobs, contact support with the job ID. We review the failure and return charged credits when it was caused by our system. Thumbnail job failures may return corresponding credits automatically. See the Refund Policy for the full process.
